Our consulting goes beyond “models” and “methodologies”. Just as the best athletes in the world have, and need, coaches, we believe your firm can also benefit from a “coach”. Why? A coach can see potential problems and point them out to the “client”. Sure, the client knows what “should” be done, just like Tiger Woods knows how to swing a golf club. But, the coach, being outside of the problem can diagnose situations and make recommendations for improvements.

A coach also acts as a motivator. We are your cheerleader, constantly urging our clients to achieve greater results. Essentially we act as your “conscience”, making sure you accomplish today’s tasks and not get embroiled in today’s “fires” losing sight of the longer-term goal. And lastly, we act as a sounding board. Many business owners do not have the “peer” to bounce ideas off of and to discuss sensitive or challenging business issues. We provide the feedback to give the owner the ammunition to make the tough decisions, or take the appropriate risks to transition their business.
