THE WASMER WAYMethodologies and OptionsThe Wasmer Group has developed a methodology, "The Wasmer Way", which has proven to accurately pinpoint potential opportunities for improvement and consistently provide substantial benefits to our clients. The Wasmer approach to our engagements consists of four phases: Initial Assessment, Development, Implementation, and Monitoring. Phase I: Initial AssessmentThe Initial Assessment Phase is used to review the overall position of the company and seek to understand the current business model and strategy. We will identify and understand the key areas of concern and highlight potential opportunities for improvement. We conduct an overall business evaluation, benchmark your performance against industry data and analyze the company using our proprietary business models. We conduct a site visit during which we will meet with management to review concerns and issues regarding the business direction, business performance and financial health of the company. Phase II: Strategy and Plan DevelopmentThe purpose of this phase is to take the information gathered during the Initial Assessment Phase and develop a strategy on how to achieve your business goals and objectives. We will work with you to create an "umbrella" strategy to transform the business. The umbrella strategy will include identifying objectives and options, design of the actual strategy and plan, and provide an action item list to accomplish the strategy. We will take into account issues such as how to change the culture (values and behaviors of management and staff), set performance objectives and identify metrics for profitability and productivity of service, sales and operational areas. Phase III: ImplementationDuring this phase, the strategy and plan that was developed in Phase II will be put into practice. Specific implementation action items will be dependent upon the actual plan developed but will generally include education and training of management and staff and assistance in the performance of the action items laid out in Phase II. Phase IV: MonitoringThe Monitoring Phase is used to monitor your performance against the plan in order to ensure the success of your goals and objectives. The Monitoring Phase consists of the following objectives:
